Relco's Employee Benefit Program provides a wide variety of options from which the employee may customize to suit their own particular needs. Relco provides a contribution that the employee can use to fund their benefit selections and the contribution is based on family status. If the employee spends more than the contribution, a deduction is made from the bi-weekly paycheck.
Relco's Employee Benefit Program was built to maxmize the flexibility so that employees can get those benefits which are important to them, without having to pay for benefits that aren't.
